At TYC, our mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all members and casual students to practise yoga. We believe that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our range of yoga classes cater to all ability levels, ensuring that there is something for everyone.

Our dedicated team of professional and trained yoga teachers are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for yoga. They strive to create a supportive and uplifting atmosphere, helping students to develop their practise and explore the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga.

We understand that affordability is important, which is why we offer various membership options to suit your needs. Our Term 1 membership is now available, providing 12 weeks of unlimited yoga for only $130. If you prefer a more flexible option, you can purchase a 5 x class Concession Card for $70, allowing you to attend classes at your convenience. For those who prefer to drop in casually, we offer single class options for $20.

No booking is required for drop-in classes, making it easy and accessible for everyone.
