Growing up in an addiction household, she had shut out her childhood trauma and felt completely disconnected from her mind and body. This led her to neglect self-care and dislike who she was. However, through her personal practise of Yoga, Tash discovered the power of reconnecting with herself and understanding her thoughts and emotions better.
With over five years of experience, Tash is a highly qualified instructor. She holds a 200-hour Vinyasa Ashtanga certification from Yoga London (RYT-200), a 50-hour Yoga For Stress & Burnout certification from Yogacampus, and has completed 4-hour trainings in Yoga for Depression with The Minded Institute. Additionally, she has undergone meditation teacher training at the British School of Meditation.
Tash's classes are known for being calm, gentle, and filled with meaning. She explains the purpose behind each movement and provides clear instructions to ensure that her students have a fulfilling experience. Her classes are designed to be fun and enjoyable, creating a welcoming atmosphere where students can look forward to participating.
