Nadia's journey began when she discovered the power of yoga in alleviating stress and fatigue while serving as an officer in the US Navy. After leaving the Navy, she dedicated over 900 hours to becoming a certified yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Trauma Informed Yoga. She also obtained certifications in iRest Yoga Nidra, Trauma-sensitive Functional and Therapeutic yogic teachings, and achieved Practitioner Level 3 certification in Tantra through The Sanctuary of Ananda's Australian Institute of Tantra Training.

As a senior yoga teacher and faculty member of the Woke Yoga Academy, Nadia delivers the Trauma-Informed Yoga module of the Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. She has also served as a Lead Faculty Member for Erotic Living, where she taught trauma-informed Tantric embodiment practises. Drawing upon her certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Trauma Centre Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and proven methods of somatic presencing, Nadia specialises in Inner Child Work and facilitates the safe release of repressed emotions through embodiment practises and self-regulation techniques.

Nadia mentors individuals, couples, and polyamorous partners on cultivating better intimacy through holistic and embodied practises.
