Julie “GI July” Ryan, the founder of Tank Girl Training, has a wealth of experience and qualifications in the field of fitness. With a background in the NHS and a degree and master's degree in biomedical science, Julie made a career change to pursue her passion for sports and fitness. She is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. Julie continuously invests in her professional development through courses and training, including Aerower Jumple, Kangoo, Pole Dance Instruction, Rockfit, Fitsteps, Aerial Hammock, aerial hoop, Groove n Glow, and Bellyfit instruction.
She is dedicated to supporting others on their health and wellbeing journeys, using a variety of equipment, tools, and techniques while making fun the main focus.
Joining the Tank Girl Training team is Sergeant Sarah, who brings her infectious energy and enthusiasm. After making a personal transformation through fitness, Sarah decided to pursue her passion further and obtained her Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Exercise to Music qualifications. With experience in Rockfit training, Spin City Beginners Aerial Hoop, and Spin City Beginners Pole certification, Sarah instructs Jump PartyPT, Aerobics, Abs Smasher, and Box n Core Fit sessions. She is fully fitness insured, and Emergency 1st Aid trained, ready to motivate and challenge you.
