Our specialised yoga for dementia training sets us apart from other yoga studios. We have conducted successful trials with a care home in the UK and have published reports and a book on the subject. We are dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga to individuals living with dementia and their families and caregivers.
In addition to group classes, we also offer private classes where our experienced instructors can tailor the practise to meet your specific needs. Whether you are looking to reduce stress and anxiety or recover from a physical injury, our instructors are here to guide and support you on your yogic journey.
TaniaYogini is not just a yoga studio but also a retreat and workshop centre. We organise yoga retreats and workshops in serene locations to provide a rejuvenating experience for our participants. Our retreats are designed to provide a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and delve deeper into your yoga practise.
Tania Yogini School of Yoga is founded by Tania, who has been practising various styles of yoga for over 20 years. She discovered the transformative power of yoga during a challenging period in her life and has since dedicated herself to sharing her knowledge and experience with others. Tania has undergone extensive training, including a 200-hour course in Bali and a 500-hour course in India. She has also completed her Birthlight pregnancy yoga teacher training.
James Yoga, another key member of our team, is a registered Yoga Alliance Hatha and Ashtanga Teacher. He completed his yogic studies in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. James' classes emphasise physical strength, mental focus, and breath awareness.
At TaniaYogini, we are passionate about making yoga accessible to all. We offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pregnancy, Post-Natal, and Children's Yoga and Meditation. Our classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities.
