Comfortable appropriate clothing such as tracksuit pants and a t-shirt are recommended, along with a water bottle for rehydration during and after the class.

These seminars cover a wide variety of training and full contact kumite applications. Depending on the request, seminars can range from 3 to 6 hours in length.
