Our head personal trainer and owner, Koji Shigeeda, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tamashii Fit. With a Diploma in Exercise Science from CIT and a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science from Massey University, Koji is highly qualified to help you achieve your fitness goals. He holds certifications such as ASCA Level 1, CrossFit L1 Trainer, CrossFit L2 Trainer, and also has experience as a high-performance strength and conditioning coach for Wellington Rugby and the Hurricanes. Koji's expertise extends to athletic performance, athletic strength and conditioning, exercise rehabilitation, high-performance programming, postural analysis, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and combat strength and conditioning.
He is even a black belt in Judo and a brown belt in BJJ.
Joining Koji is Isaac Bracewell, a skilled personal trainer and Tamashii Fit group coach. Isaac holds a NZIS Diploma in Sport & Exercise and has experience in youth athletic development, aerobic capacity training, sport-specific training, women's training and exercise, weight loss, general health and well-being, and rugby performance. Isaac's dedication to his clients' success is unwavering, and his enthusiasm for coaching shines through in every session.
