Puppies mainly come from local families who have had their beloved four-legged friends have their first litter. We prioritise the well-being of these curious and playful pups by providing them with the opportunity to socialise and spend time with people before they leave the litter. Our Take-A-Paws puppy yoga classes create a safe and nurturing environment for the puppies to explore their new world.
At Take-A-Paws Yoga, the focus is not only on the puppies, but also on the mental and physical well-being of our human students. We understand the stress and demands of city life, which is why we believe in nurturing our mental health. Studies have shown that spending time around puppies can reduce cortisol levels, release feel-good hormones, and provide a much-needed serotonin boost. Our yoga practise, specifically slow flow, is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Our experienced instructors guide students through a stress-relieving practise, and there is ample time to take a pause and play with the puppies.
Giving back is at the core of our values. Every month, we donate 5% of our profits to puppies and dogs in need. Take-A-Paws is committed to supporting shelters and charities worldwide by finding homes, providing food, and offering love to those who are less fortunate than the ones in our studio. We believe in creating a better life for all dogs, and our donations contribute to this cause.
Our spacious yoga studio in South West London is flooded with natural light, creating a serene and inviting space for both humans and pups. The studio is well-ventilated and fully sanitised before, during, and after each lesson, using natural products to ensure cleanliness. Water bowls are readily available to keep the puppies hydrated.
Health and safety are paramount to us. Before each session, our team conducts a health and safety demonstration, ensuring that students understand how to interact appropriately with the puppies. Our puppy yogis must agree to our strict terms and conditions before attending classes. We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for both humans and puppies alike.
Unlike other puppy yoga companies, we believe in giving the puppies sufficient time to rest, eat, and drink. We hold only three lessons per day, with 30-minute breaks in between, allowing the puppies to prioritise their needs and autonomy.
Our long-term goals extend beyond stretching and cuddling cute puppies. Since our inception, we have been donating 5% of our profits to animal charities. Currently, we are supporting Animal Shelter Agonda (ASA) in Goa, India. Founder Tiri volunteered at this shelter and has personally witnessed the incredible work the team does to care for injured, abandoned, and stray animals.

All you need to bring is yourself, dressed in exercise gear that you don't mind getting a little puppy hair on. We provide sanitised mats, toys, and blankets for your comfort.
