The studio is run by a qualified instructor who teaches and facilitates Piano, Bassoon, Theory, and Tai Chi Chuan. The instructor is also trained in Sound Therapy and Reiki Healing, providing a holistic approach to wellness.

Everyone is welcome to practise Tai Chi, regardless of age or ability. The classes at the studio cater to beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. The classes consist of Chi Gung breathing exercises, standing Chi Gung, stretching exercises, and the Tai Chi Foundation form of Master John Ding.
More experienced students are introduced to the Traditional Long Form and work on posture testing and the application of the moves.

Tai Chi Chuan classes are held on Wednesdays, with separate sessions for beginners and experienced practitioners. The studio recommends arriving 10 minutes early to enjoy a cup of Jasmine Tea before the class. Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes or slippers.
In addition to the focus on music and Tai Chi, the studio embraces the concept of a kaleidoscope. Just like a kaleidoscope creates colourful patterns through the reflection of light, the studio believes that life is made up of many facets and colours. The instructor finds beauty in nature, whether it's sitting by a pond, watching a waterfall, observing fish, witnessing a rose bloom, or seeing a bird build a nest. These experiences reflect the energy of life and can make individuals feel good.
