Are you the owner of Sylvia's Yoga?

Sylvia, the yoga instructor behind Sylvia's Yoga in Dublin 24, is passionate about teaching events and workshops in nature all year round. You can easily book sessions through Eventbrite from February 6 to December 19. In addition to outdoor experiences, Sylvia also offers morning yoga classes at Ballyroan Community Centre. They are held on Mondays from 12 noon to 1pm, starting March 11.
Drop-ins are welcome for 12, but space is limited in Tuesday and Thursday classes, so it's best to prepay and secure your spot.
When attending Sylvia's classes, participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, a small blanket for comfort, and warm, comfortable layers for movement. The Ballyroan Community Centre where the classes are held is a clean, warm, spacious facility with supportive staff and a coffee area for post-yoga relaxation.
Sylvia's teaching style focuses on yoga as a physical practise that promotes strength, balance, posture, muscle tone, flexibility, and mindfulness. Poses are adaptable for beginners, and breathwork, meditation, and relaxation practises are integrated into the sessions. Sylvia's background in psychology, neuroscience, and Buddhism enriches her approach to yoga instruction.
In addition to regular classes, Sylvia offers four-week yoga courses that delve deeper into restorative practises like Yoga Nidra, Yin, and Guided Body Scans. Monthly workshops are also available for those looking to deepen their practise. Retreats in Portugal are another exciting opportunity that students can inquire about.
Sylvia encourages open communication with her students and is available for email correspondence and phone chats to address any queries. Monthly workshops, listed on the Events and Workshops page of her website, are a great way to engage more with your practise. Sylvia is grateful for the opportunity to share her teaching in such a beautiful space and welcomes anyone considering joining her classes.
