With a unique blend of yoga and dance in her background, she has a distinct teaching style. Gemma loves witnessing her students' progress and their journey towards achieving their flexibility goals.
Off the pole, she explores nature, enjoys photography, and loves cuddling her cat, Luna.
Sasha
Sasha is the powerhouse of Swing360. Coming from a boxing and personal training background, she injects high energy and motivation into her classes. Specialising in strength and conditioning, Sasha helps students build muscle and endurance for the pole. Her classes are challenging yet always fun and engaging.
She is passionate about empowering people through movement and thrives on watching her students push past their limits. In her downtime, Sasha loves exploring the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Rocky.
Tara
Tara brings the artistic flair to Swing360. With roots in contemporary dance, she incorporates fluidity, grace, and creativity into her pole routines. Tara’s classes focus on flow and expression, encouraging students to embrace their unique style and find joy in their movements. She sees pole dancing as more than just a workout—it's a form of self-expression and empowerment.
When she's not on the pole, Tara enjoys painting, writing, and cuddling her pet rabbit, Coco.
