HIYOGA offers hot yoga and hot pilates classes in Auckland City at Level 2, 125 Queen Street. Their beginner hot yoga is a 90 minute class using 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a room heated to 40 degrees. They also run 60 minute beginners express hot yoga, intermediate and advanced options, plus Hot HIIT Pilates in about 35 degree heat and a Yin class focused on long-held floor stretches.
