Swindon Taekwondo School, run by Alex Thompson, has been a staple in Swindon since 2014. Alex is passionate about bringing authentic Taekwondo to all ages and skill levels.
At Swindon Taekwondo, you'll find Alex and his team of well-trained, experienced instructors. They're committed to helping students hit their goals, whether it's getting fit, learning self-defence, or growing personally.
Classes are welcoming and supportive. They encourage students to challenge themselves, believing that Taekwondo boosts not just physical health, but also mental discipline, self-confidence, and respect.
There are classes for everyone. Kids aged 5-9 can join a fun, engaging session to learn the basics. Older students dive deeper into techniques and principles. Classes run on Mondays and Thursdays at the Haydon Centre, Thames Avenue, Haydon Wick, Swindon. Kids' classes are from 6:45pm to 7:15pm, and older students from 7:15pm to 8:15pm.
New students get a one-month free trial to see if Taekwondo is for them. It's a great way to try out the training, meet the instructors, and get a feel for the school.
