Welcome to Sweaty Mama Buckingham and High Wycombe, your go-to fitness centre for pre and postnatal fitness in New Zealand. Operated by Andrea Niskac, Sweaty Mama is dedicated to helping women of all fitness levels enjoy fun and effective workouts in a relaxed and safe environment.
At Sweaty Mama Buckingham and High Wycombe, we offer three different class types for you to choose from. Our first option is a fab and fun workout with your child, where you can bond with your baby, toddler, or pre-schooler while getting in some exercise. The classes include music and movements that both you and your child will love.
For those who prefer female-only sessions, we offer fun workouts designed for all fitness levels. These sessions allow you to gradually build fitness and strength, have a laugh, and see great results. It's seriously fun fat burning at its best!
We also provide low-impact sessions for prenatal and postnatal women, as well as for all women who simply deserve some “me time. ” These classes focus on effective posture, tone, strength, and taking a moment for yourself.
Your instructor, Andrea, is a 35-year-old mum of two children. Originally from Slovakia, she has been in the UK for almost 16 years and has extensive experience in childcare. However, she discovered her passion for fitness after joining the gym following the birth of her second child. Andrea is thrilled to be a part of Sweaty Mama and looks forward to meeting you all in class.
