Founded in April 2014 by Mr. Pradeep Hotwani, Swasth Bharat Yoga Kendra (SBYK) is a beacon of health and well-being in Ulhasnagar and Kalyan, Maharashtra. With a mission to promote the holistic benefits of yoga, SBYK has trained 175 dedicated teachers who bring their skills to nine different centers, creating a harmonious community of practitioners.
Offering more than just yoga classes, SBYK runs free 15-day yoga courses called “YOG SUGANDH” every month, along with sessions titled "YOG AMRIT." These comprehensive programs are designed to cater to various needs, including stress relief, weight management, and overall wellness. The center's tagline, "Beemar Hona Paap Hai," reflects its commitment to fostering a disease-free world through the practice of yoga.
SBYK is not just a place for physical exercise; it's a community where knowledge, stability, and youthfulness are nurtured. Beyond regular yoga sessions, the center organizes diet lectures, blood donation camps, Narayan Seva projects, and special classes for children and students. These activities have benefitted nearly 50,000 students and engage over 1,000 participants daily through both online and offline platforms.
