Community needs to thrive. Our main teacher, Monisha, believes that yoga is not just a physical practise, but a way of life. She is certified in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga under the Yoga Alliance, and brings her passion and knowledge to each and every class.

At SuYoga Sadhana, we offer a variety of classes for both kids and adults. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we have a class that suits your needs. Our classes range from dynamic and energising to meditative and calming, allowing you to find the perfect balance for your body and mind.

We currently offer classes in two locations in Amersham. Our main location is at St Michael & All Angels Church, where our spacious studio provides the perfect environment for your yoga practise. We also have classes in Pinner at Wesley Room, Pinner Methodist Church.
