Lucy, who has been teaching full yoga classes since 2010 and has been practising yoga for over 25 years, holds a British Wheel of Yoga L4 Diploma and a BWYQ L4 Diploma. She is also a BWY Children's Yoga teacher, with additional certifications in restorative, pregnancy, postnatal, and hot yoga.
The studio offers a range of workshops, including Gong Baths, Asana Labs, Healing Sound Evenings, Philosophy, and Physical Workshops. Additionally, Sussex Yoga Training Ltd offers a specialised Pregnancy & Postnatal Training course for qualified yoga teachers who have a passion for working with expectant mothers, babies, and new moms. This course is also open to trainees who are working towards their L3 diploma or 200-hour certificates.
