One of the highlights of this retreat is the 30-minute Yoga Nidra practise, followed by a 90-minute sound bath experience. Led by Camilla, our expert sound therapist, you will be immersed in a soothing and immersive experience as a range of specially selected instruments create sounds that awaken your senses and evoke deep emotions from within.

Our team of wellness instructors is highly qualified and experienced, ensuring that you receive expert tuition and guidance throughout your stay. They will share their extensive knowledge and experience to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body and how to achieve optimal wellness.

Before your chosen treatment, you will complete a pre-treatment questionnaire to ensure that your therapist understands your needs and any health concerns. You will then have a brief consultation with your therapist to discuss your treatment and address any specific requirements.

Indulge in a luxurious and tranquil massage or reflexology treatment in our Walnut Studio, a candle-lit sanctuary filled with gentle background music. Whether you decide a 60-minute individual massage or a 90-minute reflexology treatment, you will experience pure relaxation and rejuvenation.

After your treatment, take time to relax and reflect on the profound effects of your session. Refreshments will be provided, allowing you to savour the moment and fully embrace the benefits of relaxation.

Linda Jewell, our qualified Reflexologist, has been practising for seven years and is passionate about bringing relaxation and positive change to her clients. Camilla Hamblin, our sound therapist, is certified in Group Sound Therapy and uses sound baths to create a deeper connexion with oneself and the surrounding environment. Angela Reichel-Read, our experienced yoga and Pilates instructor, offers a variety of yoga styles and Pilates sessions to suit your preferences and needs.
