Heading the team is Natsumi, a passionate personal trainer and mother. Natsumi understands the struggle of starting from scratch and working towards building strength. After having her baby, she experienced setbacks in her progress, but her determination paid off as she recovered and got even stronger. Now, Natsumi is dedicated to helping others, especially fellow mothers, reach their fitness goals.

She believes that nutrition, sleep, and mindset are essential components of overall health and fitness and incorporates them into her training programmes.

Natsumi takes pride in creating customised workout plans that align with each individual's needs and lifestyle. She understands that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable, and therefore, strives to make the journey fun and engaging.

The training sessions at SURPASS FITNESS are designed to ensure that individuals get the most out of their workouts. Beginning with an assessment and strategy session, the team takes the time to understand each person's current fitness level, set goals, and develop a personalised plan. The personal training sessions focus on increasing strength and improving overall fitness through free-weight style training.

For those who enjoy working out in a group setting, SURPASS FITNESS offers small group classes with a maximum of three participants. These group fitness sessions aim to increase strength and enhance conditioning. The intensity of the workout is adjusted to cater to the individual fitness levels of each participant.

To facilitate ease of scheduling, SURPASS FITNESS provides a convenient workout timetable, with additional sessions available for bookings of two or more people. The studio is open from Monday to Friday.
