Helen and her team are based at Teston Country Park in Kent, where they provide expert SUP lessons for all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking for an introduction to SUP or an experienced paddler wanting to improve your technique, SUP With Us has you covered. They also offer weekly SUPfun and Skills and Drills sessions for those who want to enhance their balance and technique on a regular basis.
In addition to their local activities, SUP With Us also organises exciting tours on the River Medway, allowing participants to explore new and stunningly beautiful locations off the beaten track. Helen's extensive travelling experience has led her to discover breathtaking SUP destinations in France, Spain, and Croatia, and she organises SUP retreats to these destinations for those looking to combine their love for SUP with exploration and adventure.

Inflatable SUPs are particularly convenient for those with limited storage space as they can be deflated and packed into a compact bag, making them easy to transport, even on a plane. SUP With Us exclusively uses inflatable boards for their social paddles, tours, and lessons.
