Are you the owner of Supre Yoga Studio?

Was inspired to name the studio Supre Yoga Studio because I want everyone who walks through our doors to feel loved and accepted.
At Supre Yoga Studio, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their flexibility or experience level. Our philosophy is centred around the idea that it is not about how flexible you are, but rather, how willing you are to embrace the practise.
Led by our experienced instructor, Sulekha, our studio offers a variety of yoga styles to cater to everyone's preferences and needs. Sulekha has a deep understanding of the mind-body connexion and believes that our bodies' flexibility is directly influenced by our minds' flexibility. She is passionate about helping learners discover this connexion and guiding them on their unique yoga journeys.
At Supre Yoga Studio, you can choose from various yoga styles, including Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga. Each style offers its own benefits and caters to different individuals. Whether you're looking for a challenging workout, a relaxing and mindful experience, or a fluid and dynamic flow, we have something for you.
Our Ashtanga Yoga classes focus on the movement of the eight limbs of yoga, combining postures with breath to leave your body balanced, strong, and your mind clear and focused. This practise also detoxifies the body through sweating, making it suitable for those who enjoy a challenge and don't mind getting a little sweaty.
If you're looking for a slower-paced practise that enhances both strength and flexibility while promoting relaxation and mindfulness, our Hatha Yoga classes are the perfect fit. Through a wide range of poses and breathing techniques, you'll find exercise and relaxation combined in these sessions.
Vinyasa Flow, often referred to as “flow” yoga, is a dynamic and continuous style where postures are strung together seamlessly, synchronised with breath. Our Vinyasa classes offer a variety of poses, ensuring that no two classes are ever alike. It is an ideal class for those who enjoy movement and want to explore different postures.
For those looking to slow down and cultivate deep relaxation, our Restorative Yoga classes are perfect. This practise involves holding asanas for longer periods, often supported by props, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and preparing for breathwork. It is beneficial for anyone suffering from pain related to injuries, stress, or illness.
Whatever class you choose, Sulekha will be your guide on this yoga journey. Her own journey with yoga began at a young age in India, and she has experienced firsthand the transformative power of this practise. She believes that yoga is not just about the physical poses or breathing exercises, but rather, a way of life that helps us connect with our true selves and accept ourselves as we are.
The name Supre Yoga Studio itself is a reflection of the loving and accepting atmosphere we strive to create. Derived from the word “Supriya,” which means “Loved by All” in Sanskrit and Hindi, it represents our belief that everyone who enters our studio is valued and cherished.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Supre Yoga Studio welcomes you with open arms. Come and join us to experience the transformative power of yoga and embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance.
