Supreme Fitness Centre offers a range of facilities to enhance your fitness journey. The gym is equipped with a Treatment Room, where you can receive MG Sports Therapy to aid in injury recovery and rehabilitation. In addition, the gym boasts a Sauna and Ice Bath, which are coming soon, providing you with the perfect tools for post-workout recovery. After an intense training session, you can relax and unwind in the Chill Out Area.
The Changing Rooms and Showers are also available for your convenience.
The gym is open throughout the week, allowing you to fit in your workouts at a time that suits you. On weekdays, Supreme Fitness Centre is open from 6AM to 9PM, ensuring that early birds and night owls can both find a suitable time to exercise. On Saturdays and Sundays, the gym operates from 9AM to 3PM, giving you the opportunity to work out on the weekends as well.
Supreme Fitness Centre offers free 30-minute tours to potential members.
