The experienced guide will offer insights into the science behind the Supermoon, as well as navigate using stars to identify winter constellations like Orion and Ursa Major.
Learn about nocturnal wildlife, light pollution effects, and participate in the Trees for Life conservation project. Don't forget to dress warmly, wear sturdy boots, bring waterproofs, a head torch, and a camera. The event starts at 18:00 at Snoopy's car park, A635, Greenfield Road, Holmfirth, and costs only £20 per person, with a Tree for Life planted for every participant.
