Led by professional Muay Thai kickboxing trainer Don Millar, the gym is renowned for its commitment to developing the Australian Muay Thai scene. Don Millar, a former Australian Champion, has trained and fought in prestigious locations such as Thailand, Japan, and New Zealand.
Don Millar is highly respected in the industry and has received numerous accolades, including a nomination for the 2013 Australian Muay Thai awards for trainer of the year and the Rebellion Muay Thai Hall of Fame award in 2022. He is known for his honesty, hard work, and dedication to looking after his fighters.
Supafight Gym boasts a team of talented fighters, consisting of Australian and Victorian Champions who have competed internationally in countries such as Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Canada, and New Zealand. The gym prioritises the development of its fighters and sends the most dedicated ones to train in Thailand every year with Muay Thai kickboxing legend Sangtiennoi, 'The Deadly Kisser', at Pathumthani, just outside of Bangkok.
Don Millar is registered with the World Muay Thai Council and is also a certified Muay Thai Judge and Official, ensuring that the training provided at Supafight Gym meets the highest standards.
The gym is staffed with experienced coaches who run a variety of classes to cater to different skill levels. Coach Nadav Karmazin conducts classes for beginners, intermediates, and all levels throughout the week, including group and one-on-one personal training sessions. Coach Simon Lange also leads beginners, intermediates, and all levels classes, in addition to providing personal training sessions. Coach Namwan Millar specialises in teaching Muay kids aged 6 to 13 years on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 pm.
Coach Julia Castricum runs the Saturday 8:30 am females class and is available for personal training sessions.
Supafight Gym offers a range of classes to cater to different needs. The Kids & Youth class focuses on building basic skills from an early age, with the goal of nurturing future champions. The Intermediate class is designed for individuals with proficient skills in pad work, clinching, and good fitness. Advanced classes are ideal for fighters and students at the fighter level, where they will be pushed to their limits by experienced teachers trained in Thailand.
The All Levels class provides an inclusive and fun environment for participants of different fitness levels. Beginners can join the Beginners class to learn all the basic Muay Thai skills while burning up to 1000 calories.
Supafight Gym offers flexible pricing options to accommodate different budgets and training goals. The 10 Pack Class Card, priced at $299, comes with a 3-month expiry period. Personal training sessions with the gym's coaches are also available at $80 per visit. For regular attendees, the Basic Membership allows maximum access to three classes per week at $45 per week.
The Full Membership offers unlimited classes for participants at their level, priced at $60 per week.
