There's no way to really describe the magic of dipping your toes off your board and into the ocean during your floating savasana or to dive into the waves after a sweaty beach workout; it is something that must be experienced.
Our classes are open to all levels of fitness, novice or pro paddlers, beginners and advanced yogis. All you need is a towel, water and a sense of adventure - Come enjoy nature with us!
Weekend class Saturday and Sunday 9am & 11am (duration 1.5hours)
