Nicole Edwards, also known as Sita Ajeet, is the founder and lead teacher of Sunshine Harmony Yoga. With 25 years of daily meditation practise, Nicole is a highly experienced teacher. She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and has also trained with two Gong Masters. Nicole's background in mental health and years of experience with anxiety make her teaching approach compassionate and supportive.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice, a time of light and growth, by harnessing the sun's energy and welcoming hope, joy, and personal transformation. The 90-minute practise will include energising pranayama and kriya, dynamic asana, specific mudras for the season, and an activating mantra meditation. It's an opportunity to set intentions for growth and move deeply into transformation.
