Established in 2017 by Alison Belsom, a highly experienced therapist and yoga teacher with 25 years of expertise in the wellbeing field, Sunfish Yoga and Therapy offers a variety of yoga classes and therapies, with a special focus on women's health and wellbeing.

At Sunfish Yoga and Therapy, you can enjoy a range of classes and therapies tailored to suit your needs. We offer Dru yoga, a soft and flowing style suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Additionally, we provide prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga classes to support expecting and new mothers. Our studio also offers reflexology, fertility and maternity reflexology, and Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments.
