MaxineYoga Club presents Summer Sunday Yoga Mornings at Maxine's Yoga Home Studio in London. From 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to explore the Art of Restorative Practice, a powerful way to relax and restore inner balance.
Led by Maxine, an experienced yoga instructor, this event will delve into restorative asanas from a yoga anatomical and therapeutic perspective. By understanding these postures and their benefits, participants can unlock their true potential. Additionally, a variety of restorative breathing practices will be incorporated, catering to different individual needs.

Our Monthly Sunday Yoga Mornings are carefully designed to deepen participants' understanding of yoga practice and philosophy. Each month, Maxine will shine a light on a different subject of interest, seamlessly integrating it into all the practices.
The morning is divided into three distinctive sections, ensuring a comprehensive and structured experience. Participants will enjoy 75 minutes of movement and asanas, followed by 30 minutes of breathwork and pranayama. Finally, there will be a blissful 30 minutes of meditation, relaxation, and yoga nidra. Maxine will be there every step of the way, offering guidance to help each individual tailor their practice to meet their specific needs.
To ensure a high level of personal attention, this workshop has a maximum of 8 participants. We want to create an intimate and supportive environment that allows everyone to thrive. For those seeking additional support, optional one-on-one consultations are available before the workshop. This ensures that each attendee can make the most out of the session.
As a bonus, all participants will receive a recording of the practice, which will be valid for 7 days. This allows for revisiting and further integration of the experience.
