Unity Studios Northcote - Pilates and Physio, a Pilates club in Auckland, is excited to announce their upcoming Summer Pilates Pop-up event in Orakei from January to March 2024. This event aims to bring together people, movement, and healthcare by offering a range of exercise classes and a comprehensive pelvic and women's health physio service.

With a combined experience of over 20 years and a genuine passion for Pilates, exercise, and pelvic health physiotherapy, the founders of Unity Studios, Caitlin and Sophie, recognised the need for a space that provides holistic care and guidance towards achieving fitness goals.

At Unity Studios, attendees can find suitable exercise classes and evidence-based physiotherapy to prevent injury, return to their favourite sport, perform day-to-day activities pain-free, or regain control of their bladder, bowel, or sexual health. The event features classes such as Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Strength training, and more.

In addition to the variety of classes, Unity Studios also offers various treatments including Pelvic Health Physio, Pregnancy and Postnatal Physio, Pre and Post Natal Wellness on the Floor (WOF), Sports and Spinal Physio, and Clinical Pilates.
