For those who prefer the convenience of practising from the comfort of their own homes, Suffolk Yoga also offers most of their classes via Zoom. And if attending a live class is not possible, fret not! The club provides recordings of their classes upon request, allowing you to catch up and stay in sync with your practice.
Suffolk Yoga takes great pride in their longstanding presence in the community, having commenced their yoga journey back in 2016. With their recent move to Sorrel Horse House in 2020, they now have an even more serene and invigorating space to share with their members.
It is essential to stay updated with the class timetable, as changes may occur from time to time. To ensure your spot in a class, kindly book through the convenient TEAM UP app at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of the class. In-studio classes strictly adhere to a maximum capacity of 12 participants to maintain ample spacing and create a safe environment for everyone. In the event that you cannot attend a class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
For online bookings, the club will promptly send you a link through TEAM UP. If, by any chance, you do not receive the link, please be sure to check your spam folder first before reaching out to your teacher for further assistance.
