Just a quick note about what's happening over at Stu's Personal Training & Sports Massage in Trowbridge. Stuart Cole and Akelia Cole have been running the place since 2018, and they've built quite the reputation for delivering solid personal training and wellness services.
Stuart, the main trainer, brings a lot to the table. He's got qualifications in Sports Massage, Nutrition, Personal Training, Gym-Based Boxing, Circuit Training, Spin, and Strength & Conditioning. With all this know-how, he's well-equipped to offer advice across a range of fitness activities and wellness practices.
The core of what they do is personal training. Stuart makes sure to tailor each programme to fit individual goals and needs. This means clients get the results they're after and keep progressing.
