Established in 2011, Studio Yoga was founded by Efty and Emily with the aim of creating a sanctuary where anyone can escape, restore, and train. Our mission is to help you lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. With our expert instructors and welcoming environment, Studio Yoga is the perfect place to unwind and focus on yourself.
Our studio is a haven of tranquilly and features state-of-the-art facilities. It is fully equipped, underfloor heated, and air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort during your practise. The modern and relaxed atmosphere of the studio welcomes everyone, and our classes are capped at 15 people to ensure everyone has their own personal space. In Studio Yoga, there is no competition, only support and encouragement.
At Studio Yoga, we offer a diverse timetable to cater to different needs and experiences. Our classes include Beginners Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, and Over 60s Yoga. Beginners Yoga is a gentle introduction to Hatha Yoga, focusing on simple postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Intermediate and All Levels Yoga classes are designed for deepening your practise, emphasising spinal health, core strength, and overall body enjoyment.
Over 60s Yoga is a gentle bodywork session that promotes good health through mobilising stiff joints, stretching muscles, and mindful breathing.
To book a class, contact the relevant instructor or drop-in if there is availability. Please note that advanced booking with payment is required, and cancellations or rescheduling must be made with 24 hours notice to avoid charges. Our classes run on time, so please arrive promptly to ensure you don't miss out.
In addition to group classes, we also offer personal training and bespoke yoga sessions. Efty and Emily are available for one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're looking for individual attention or prefer training with a small group, we can accommodate your preferences.
