Welcome to Studio Yoga, a top yoga, fitness, and mindfulness centre located just outside the picturesque village of Stockbridge in Hampshire. Since 2008, Studio Yoga has been offering a wide range of classes, workshops, and individual tuition to help individuals achieve their health goals and find balance in their lives.

At Studio Yoga, our classes are conducted in a peaceful, fully equipped studio that is exclusively used by us. We believe in providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our students to practise yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness. With free parking available right outside the studio, accessibility is never an issue.

Our team of instructors are highly qualified and have a deep passion for what they do. With over 50 years of combined teaching experience, they are dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical and mental well-being through the practise of yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have classes that cater to all age groups and fitness levels.

At Studio Yoga, we offer a variety of different yoga styles to suit your preferences and needs. From gentle Hatha yoga to invigorating Vinyasa flow, there is something for everyone. We also offer Pilates classes that focus on core strength, flexibility, and body alignment. If you prefer one-on-one guidance, we provide individual tuition sessions where our instructors can tailor a programme to meet your specific goals.

In addition to our regular classes, we also hold specialist workshops and monthly sound baths. These workshops provide an opportunity for participants to deepen their practise, learn new techniques, and gain a deeper understanding of yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness.
