Studio Tone is a boutique and friendly Pilates studio located in the heart of Clare Valley, South Australia. The studio offers a warm and encouraging teaching style, focusing on mindful movement and creating a supportive environment for clients to take time out of their day for themselves. The studio follows the principles of Pilates, including concentration, centering, control, precision, breathing, and flow.
At Studio Tone, the instructors believe in moving the body in a way that feels good to each individual. With variations throughout the class, clients can move every day in a way that works with their body, regardless of their age, body type, level of fitness, or energy level. The workouts are specifically designed to improve overall well-being, empowering clients to feel better in themselves.
To ensure a personalised and intimate experience, classes at Studio Tone are limited to 10 people. This allows for individual corrections and guidance from the instructors. The studio provides a space where clients can catch their breath and tune in, creating a calming and supportive atmosphere.
In addition to in-studio classes, Studio Tone also offers Tone at Home on-demand classes for those who cannot make it into the studio or are short on time. Clients can move with the instructors online and continue their Pilates practise from anywhere.
