For those new to Reformer Pilates or unsure where to start, the studio offers the option to provide all the information needed through a personalised call with a member of their team. This ensures that newcomers feel comfortable and confident in taking their first steps towards their wellness goals.

Studio THRYV offers a variety of pricing options to suit different needs. They have single class passes for $30, as well as pre-purchased multipacks starting from $140 for 5 classes. These multipacks have a 6-month expiry and are not transferable or refundable. Additionally, they offer ongoing memberships that are billed weekly, with a minimum 1-month commitment and 1 week's notice to cancel.

Unused classes will expire, and the membership is not transferrable or refundable.

To ensure a smooth booking process, Studio THRYV utilises the MOMENCE app for class reservations. Cancellations or rescheduling of group classes must be done through the app at least 8 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing the session. If a class is cancelled by Studio THRYV, individuals will be credited for any classes affected. However, if a space is reserved but not utilised without proper cancellation, a $10 penalty fee will be charged along with the loss of the class pass.
