Founded in 2011 by Guerina Pellizzi, who has been practising yoga since 2002, Studio Pleinement Yoga aims to support individuals in achieving overall well-being. With a background in social work and various forms of mind-body practices, Guerina's dedication to holistic health spans over thirty years. Keena Gazaille, a graduate of Soham Yoga in Hatha Yoga, specializes in restorative yoga and yoga Nidra. She emphasizes grounding, alignment, and breath in her classes, creating a calming and revitalizing experience for her students.
Joining the team is Ocane Carpentier, an energetic therapist and intuitive singer, whose music is inspired by nature and the subtle realms. Through sound and voice, Ocane helps individuals reconnect with their true nature and find their authentic path towards harmony and optimal energy. Raeven Geist-Deschamps, an osteopath and member of Ostopathie Qubec, offers her expertise to clients of all backgrounds, with a special focus on perinatal care. With a strong foundation in osteopathic principles and a passion for supporting the body's natural healing processes, Raeven provides exceptional care to all her clients.
Rachel Guay, an accomplished couples and family therapist, sex therapist, and trainer, now shares her expertise in visualization techniques as a watercolour painter. Her guided meditations offer moments of calm and deep relaxation, allowing individuals to quiet their minds amidst the chaos of daily life.
