Gina offers group sessions designed for 2 to 7 people. The cost is straightforward: $20 per person for groups of 3 or more, and $30 per person for pairs. This setup allows friends or family to train together, adding a social yet focused element to the workouts.

With over 20 years of experience, Gina brings a wealth of knowledge in strength and cardiovascular training, both one-on-one and in groups. Having transformed her own body, she knows firsthand what it takes to succeed. Gina’s expertise extends to understanding the physical changes women face post-pregnancy and with ageing. As a mum of two, she’s particularly attuned to the needs and goals of fellow mothers.

StudioG offers a free trial for newcomers, whether it’s trying out a morning barbell class or exploring other fitness programmes. Gina is ready to provide personalised advice and guidance.
