At Studio 97 Pilates, you can choose between private 1:1 sessions or group classes. For those new to Pilates, the Beginner Pilates classes are the perfect introduction. These gentle mat-based classes focus on improving balance, mobility, and posture. You will learn the basic principles of Pilates, including essential exercises and techniques, while concentrating on flexibility and strengthening of the body's deep core muscles.

Beginner Pilates classes are held on Mondays at 7:30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am. Please note that if the class time is not visible on the calendar, it means the class is fully booked.

For those who are more experienced, the Mixed Levels Pilates classes are designed to develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and posture without placing stress on joints. Suitable for clients of all capabilities, these engaging mat-based classes target overlooked muscle groups, as well as larger ones. They are not only an effective regular workout but also the perfect complement to athletic training and physical rehabilitation. Mixed Levels Pilates classes are held on Mondays at 6:30pm, Wednesdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 10:00am.
