At Studio 97 Pilates, you can choose between private 1:1 sessions or group classes. For those new to Pilates, the Beginner Pilates classes are the perfect introduction. Beginner Pilates classes are held on Mondays at 7:30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am. Please note that if the class time is not visible on the calendar, it means the class is fully booked.
