Welcome to Studio 11 Bull Creek, a dynamic fitness centre located in Bull Creek, Western Australia. Established in 2019, Studio 11 offers a range of fitness classes and personal group training sessions to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Studio 11 is the home of “BURN! With Nic”, a programme created by The Jungle Body. This high-energy workout utilises 'booty' bands and dumbbells to tone, strengthen, and balance your body, all while keeping the good vibes flowing. Led by Nic, a passionate personal trainer with a love for group fitness, these classes are designed to leave you feeling pumped up and full of endorphins.
For those looking for a more personalised experience, Studio 11 offers personal group training sessions. You can book your own private class with friends, family, or work colleagues. These sessions run in 10-week blocks, and while Term 3 for 2023 is currently booked out, you can reach out via email or messenger to inquire about future bookings in Term 4.
In addition to personal group training, Studio 11 also offers group classes to the public. Currently, there are 2 morning and 1 evening class available each week. Each class runs for 50 minutes, and all equipment is supplied, although you're more than welcome to bring your own. The class schedule operates in 4 terms, with 10-week blocks and added specials during holiday breaks.
Classes at Studio 11 take place in a boutique space, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Each participant is provided with their own 1×2m gym mat, allowing for ample space between each other. To provide a more personalised experience, classes are instructed in smaller groups, giving you the attention and support you need to improve your form, strength, and balance. Modified movements and lower impact options are always available, ensuring that participants of all fitness levels can join in and benefit from the workouts.
