Once you've paid the invoice, your training begins, and you'll gain access to a range of tutorial videos and the student program forum. The great thing about this program is that it's tailored to each individual, finding a balance that works for you based on your time commitment, personal issues, and what you enjoy most.
We encourage daily training, incorporating body practices that gradually introduce breathing and meditation. The best part is that you can do these sessions at your convenience throughout the day. The goal here is to engage with life more fully, not replace it with training.
Don't worry, you won't be left on your own. You'll receive written instructions, video tutorials, and ongoing support via direct message or email. And if you're a local or an online student passing through, you can even receive direct instructions during our regular classes. We're here to support you every step of the way.
For those who want a more hands-on approach, periodic video calls or in-person sessions are available for review. This gives you the opportunity to fine-tune your practice and receive specific feedback from our experienced trainers.
To join the program, fees can be paid quarterly or yearly in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that once training has begun, fees are non-refundable. However, if you decide to stop training, you can always resume in the future, but you'll need to complete the 3-month period again.
