We also offer Pilates Only and Cardio Only classes for those looking for specific training.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer the STRONG Academy, where you can learn what it takes to become a STRONG trainer. Our intensive three-week training programme will teach you our teaching method, proper cueing, rowing technique, and more.
