Payton's fitness journey started in 2017 when she realized she needed to make a change in her diet and lifestyle. This led her to explore bodybuilding, powerlifting, and now strong woman training. Payton's coaching methods are always adapting and learning, with a focus on teaching clients how to do exercises properly to build their confidence when working out alone.
At Strong Essentials Fitness Coaching, personal training sessions are one hour long and catered to each individual's goals and experience in the gym. Sessions can be one-on-one or in small groups of two or three. Additionally, custom meal plans are created based on each client's goals, lifestyle, and food preferences to ensure they are getting the nutrients they need while enjoying their meals.
