When you join Strength & Wellness Personal Training, you will undergo an extensive functional movement assessment. This assessment helps us identify any areas of movement dysfunction and allows us to design a programme that targets those areas while helping you achieve your goals. Our programmes utilise a variety of tools including functional bags, kettlebells, suspension straps, dumbbells, and barbells.
