Just a quick note from Tom, who many of you know as the driving force behind Strength Asylum gym in Stoke-on-Trent.

Located at Unit 2 Trent Trading Park, Hanley, Tom’s created a spot that’s all about serious training without any fuss. With 13,500 square feet packed with over 150 bits of strength kit from brands like Hammer Strength and Life Fitness, plus a free weights area stocked with about 10,000 kilos of plates and dumbbells that go up to 100 kilos, there’s pretty much everything you need to smash your fitness goals.

Tom and the team offer flexible memberships to fit around everyone’s busy lives, and the gym's open at times that suit most schedules. Whether you're just starting out or you’ve been lifting for years, Tom’s got your back with the right tools and support.

The community at Strength Asylum is top-notch too. You'll find a group of knowledgeable staff ready to help you out and a friendly bunch of members who are always up for a chat or to give you that extra bit of motivation.

Don’t forget about the online shop where you can grab some gear, like Strength Asylum-branded clothing, lifting straps, and workout log books. There are always some decent offers knocking about, too.
