Storm Fitness & Performance offers Storm Bootcamp, a group personal training program in Connolly (Joondalup area) that blends functional strength and cardio to help you burn fat, build muscle and perform better. It suits beginners returning to exercise as well as people who already train, with progressions and regressions for different ability levels. Sessions run 45 minutes at Connolly Primary School undercover area with morning and evening options, plus training focused on corrective exercise and functional movements.
