Australian Dance Festival where she won the Modern Jazz Championship in 2008. Rhonda has also trained in ballet, tap, hip hop, and contemporary dance. She has a Diploma in Dance Teaching & Management and is a certified dance instructor with the Australian Teachers of Dance (ATOD). Rhonda is passionate about teaching and inspiring young dancers to reach their full potential.
Miss Emily Emily began her dance journey at the age of 5 and has trained in various dance styles including ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She has completed her Diploma in Dance Teaching & Management with the ATOD and is a certified dance instructor. Emily has a strong focus on technique and expression in her teaching, and she loves helping her students grow and develop as dancers.
Miss Jessica Jessica is a dedicated and experienced dance instructor who has been teaching for over 10 years. She has a background in tap, jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance. Jessica has completed her Diploma in Dance Teaching & Management and is a certified instructor with the ATOD. She is known for her creative choreography and the ability to inspire her students to push themselves and explore their artistic capabilities.
Miss Stephanie Stephanie has been dancing since she was 3 years old and has trained in multiple dance styles including classical ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and contemporary. She has completed her Dance Teaching & Management Diploma and is a certified instructor with the ATOD. Stephanie believes in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for her students and loves seeing them grow in confidence and skill.
At Stonnington School of Dance, we offer a variety of classes for students of all ages and abilities. From our preschool dance programme for children aged 3-5 to our advanced classes for experienced dancers, there is something for everyone. We also have adult dance classes for those who want to continue their passion for dance or discover a new hobby.
In addition to our regular classes, we host workshops, masterclasses, and guest teacher sessions to provide our students with unique learning opportunities. We also perform in our annual end-of-year concert, where our students showcase their talent and hard work to friends and family.
Our studio is equipped with top-notch facilities, including spacious dance studios with sprung floors, ballet barres, and mirrors. We prioritise the safety and well-being of our students, and our studio is fitted with CCTV cameras for added security. We also have a convenient shop on-site where students can purchase dancewear and accessories.
