The studio is purpose-built and designed to provide a quiet and spacious environment where practitioners can engage in introspective practises. The aim of Stillness in Motion Yoga is to cultivate peace, clarity, well-being, and warm-heartedness through the practise and instruction of yoga.
Whether you are a beginner, have prior yoga experience, prefer gentle practises, or enjoy deep stretch and relaxation, there is a class suitable for everyone. In addition to classes held at their studio on Hubert St, Stillness in Motion Yoga also offers two classes at the Hayagriva Buddhist Centre in Kensington. Class prices can be discounted with the purchase of a class pass, allowing attendees to save on their practise sessions. Stillness in Motion Yoga offers a variety of class passes, including 10 and 20 class passes that must be used within 90 days, as well as a one-month unlimited membership option with a required cancellation notice. Casual classes are available for non-members and members alike, with members receiving a discounted rate.
Private classes are also offered for individuals seeking personalised attention. The studio is conveniently located on Hubert St in East Victoria Park and can be easily accessed.
