Step In Time Dance

Step In Time Dance is a well-established dance school located in Hampton, dedicated to providing high-quality dance instruction in a positive and supportive learning environment. Our mission is to foster individual growth, creativity, fitness levels, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence in all of our students.

We offer a wide range of classes for dancers of all levels, from recreational to competitive. Our recreational Mash-Up classes introduce dancers to a variety of styles such as Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Acro, and Hip Hop. These classes are available for different age groups at both our Hampton and Sussex locations.

For those interested in delving deeper into dance technique and conditioning, we offer Competitive Prep Technique classes that are an add-on to the mash-up classes. These classes help prepare dancers who are looking to advance to one of our competitive levels in the future.

Our competitive teams at Step In Time Dance are highly regarded and offer different levels of commitment and competition opportunities. Dancers must be selected to join our Level B and Level A Competition Teams, which compete in various routines in competitions held in the Spring. Additionally, we have Travel Competition Teams such as Queens Crew (Pointe/Ballet), Kings Crew (Hip Hop), and Selects, which require auditions or invitations to join.
