Stefitness Pilates & Personal Training is a Pilates studio located in Portarlington, Victoria. Founded in 2020 by Steph during the Covid-19 lockdowns, Stefitness was created with the aim of making movement accessible to individuals at home. Offering both in-person and online classes, Stefitness provides a variety of options to suit everyone's needs.

The studio believes in the benefits of movement and emphasises the positive effects it has on both the body and mind. Engaging in Pilates workouts at Stefitness helps individuals find their mind-to-body connexion and leaves them feeling great. With Stefitness, students can improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing.

For those interested in online workouts, Stefitness offers a comprehensive online workout library with nearly 300 videos. This allows individuals to practise Pilates at their convenience, anytime and anywhere. The online platform provides unlimited access to a variety of workouts for all fitness levels.

In addition to online classes, Stefitness also offers face-to-face Pilates and fitness classes in Portarlington. These classes are held five times a week and are suitable for all levels. The sessions focus on matwork and fitness, helping individuals to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical wellbeing. There is even a pre and postnatal class available for expectant and new mothers.

Personal training sessions are also available at Stefitness. These one-on-one sessions are personalised to meet the individual's specific fitness goals, whether they are beginners or advanced. Personal training can be done in person or through Zoom, ensuring that individuals have flexibility in their workout routines.
